PCR-COCCIDIOSIS-FAKTOR

Previously, coccidiosis pathogens could only be detected with our electrophoresis-based kit (PCR-F-COCCIDIOSIS-FAKTOR); a real-time PCR kit is now available as well.
The kit is intended for the detection of DNA of protozoa of the family Eimeriidae (including E. tenella, E. maxima, E. acervulina, E. praecox, E. mitis, E. brunetti, E. necatrix and others) that cause coccidiosis in biological material (whole blood, faeces, droppings, parenchymal organs and lymph nodes), as well as in food and feed of animal and plant origin, microbial cultures and surface swabs, by DNA amplification with real-time fluorescence detection.
All three kits are available in 55- and 110-reaction formats, controls included.
