Leukoz is one of the most common diseases of the CDS, which causes enormous damage to farmers through lower milk intakes, increased mortality, lack of crop yields, etc. The most sensitive, accurate and specific method of diagnosis of CRS leukasis is the PCR method, which allows the detection of the virus DNA in an animal blood sample. Only with the CCR method can the PCR be identified as having a virus-based DNA among RIA and ELISA-negative animals, investigate newly imported animals, and identify contaminated calves at an early age.
