Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to Salmonella serogroups B and D in chicken serum.
Note: most ID Screen chicken kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Very low risk of false-positive results
- Detecting antibodies to Salmonellaenteritidis (Se), S. thyphimurium (St) and other Salmonella belonging to serogroups B and D
- Suitable for egg yolk testing: easier sample preparation and reduced stress in laying hens
- Short incubation periodresults after 75 minutes (30-30-15)
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
