Description
The kit is designed to identify DNA Pasteurella multitocida – the causer of pasteurelles of the CRS, sheep, pigs and birds – in biological material (blood, blood serum, fragments and suspensions of parhenchimatose organs (light, spleen, etc.), lymph nodes, milk from affected shares of change, flushes from the nasal mucous lining) and forage with a fluorescent DNA in "real time" mode.
Pasteurella is an infectious disease of many species of mammals and birds, characterized by acute septemia, hemorrhagic diathesis, sub-continuous and chronic pneumonia, arthritis, mastitas, kerato-conjunctivitis, less often enterite.
The source of the infection is the diseased and ill animals that release pastewell into the outside environment with nostrils, irritations, and a major factor in the onset of the disease is the loss of body resistance due to adverse environmental factors.
All kinds of pets are susceptible to pasteurelosis.
