Intended use
The kit is designed to detect the DNA of the Auresca Disease Virus (Suid herpesvirus 1) and to distinguish between marked (gE-deployed) vaccine strains in biological material (smelting with nose and mouth, whole blood, saliva, milk, placenta and fruit sheaths from aborted animals) and pathological material from fallen animals (head brain, lung, liver, spleen, kidneys) as well as in micro-organisms cultures that have washed away with surfaces by the DNA amplification method with fluorescent child in "real time" mode.
