DNA Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae reagent kit, agent of actino-Bacile pheropneumoney of pigs in biological material (smears from mucous rotor and almonds; bits of affected lung tissue, almonds, bronchial and medial lymph nodes)
55 reactions / 110 reactions, including controls (COE, COE, DOC).
The use requires a set of reagents to extract NC (e.g. DNA/RNA-C-ACTOR).
The reagent kit consists of 2 components:
Set No. 1 from -20 to -18°C;
Set No. 2 from 2 to 8 °C
12 months
The reagent kit is designed to identify DNA Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, the agent of actino-Bacile pheropneumonia of pigs in biological material (smoke from mucous rotor and almonds; bits of affected lung tissue, almonds, bronchial and amphibular lymph nodes) with a "real time" fluorescent distillation of DNA.
Actinobacillyle pheropheumonia actinobacilus sum is an infectious disease characterized by haemorrhagic, gnono-necrotic inflammation of the lungs and fibrinosulitis.
Sources of infection include sick pigs and healthy carrier animals, which shed the pathogen from their tonsils for 3–4 months after recovery. Infection is airborne. Animals aged 6–15 weeks are most often affected. In acute disease, morbidity can reach 90% and mortality is 20–40%.
Actino-Bacillary pleurropneumonia is registered throughout the year, but most frequently in August – November and February – March.
