Intended use
Description
A competitive ELISA for antibodies to glycoroteine gE (anti-gE) virus of the Aureski disease in the serum and plasma from pigs.
Identification of naturally infected animals in vaccinated populations, provided that animals are immunised with a vaccine without glycorotein gE. For use in vaccination programmes together with gE-negative vaccines.
