Intended use
Description
A set of competitive ELISAs to detect antibodies for VP7 protein (anti-VP7) in the serum and plasma from different animal species.
- Tested, specific and sensitive Analysis widely used in emerging outbreak studies
- Detecting antibodies to all serotypes of the Blutanga virus (BTV) within 5-8 days of natural infection due to the use of monoclonal antibodies to high-conservative VP7 protein
- Usability:: Only one washing phase, 90 minutes results
