Intended use
Description
A competitive ELISA to detect antibodies for non-structural proteins (NSP) of 3ABC ish virus in serum and blood plasma from cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and other sensitive animals.

Note: ID Screen products require 4 reference holes per study rather than 6 holes, as in other ELISA sets. Thus, the maximum number of samples examined on one tablet is 92 rather than 90.

Description |
A polyphiliated goat serum containing antibodies anti-3ABC NSP (the serum is derived from goats immunized by 3ABC with recombinant protein). For use as internal reference material for quality control, this serum does not contain foreign infectious agents. |
