Intended use
Description
IDvet offers a comprehensive solution in the diagnosis of cattle tuberculosis by applying gamma interferon analysis, which includes tuberculosis made of bird and bull-type micobacteries, and ID Screen "Sandwich" ELISA for the study of gum-interferon levels.
The "Sandwich" method is the ELISA method for detecting sheep, cattle and goats of gamma interferon (IFN-g) in activated blood plasma or supernathanate cell culture.
- Standardized results by using olifilyated positive reference controls to calculate the ratio S/P (optimal density of the test sample and positive control) for each sample
- Universality:: The kit can be used both with native antigens (standard research methodology) and with recombinant/peptide antigens (alternate research methodology)
- Practical advantage: The standard study method uses only 10 μL for one sample, which means that cell activation requires a smaller sample volume
