Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to egg drop syndrome-76 virus in chicken serum. The kit is suitable for disease diagnosis and vaccination monitoring.
Note: most chicken ELISA kits use similar protocols, including buffers, incubation times and temperatures.
- High specificity and very low risk of false-positive results

- Positive and negative sera for internal control
- The methodology for the study of hens by analysis of egg yolk excluding chloroform will soon be available! Egg yolk testing simplifies sample preparation and reduces stress in birds.
