The reagent kit is designed to detect RNA foot virus in clinical and pathological material (fats, skin sprains, mucous tumours, milk, blood, blood serum, saliva, muscles, internal organs, cell cultures) by reverse transcription and real-time amplification of the KDNA fluorescent section.
Suspense is a dangerous zooanthroponous acute high-contagious virus disease of many species, characterized by fever, salivation, aphtosis and erosium lesions of the mucous language and mouth, the skin of the nose mirror, limbs, breast glands, myocarditis and myosite, with high mortality rates for young people in their first days of life.
Young couple-tested agricultural animals (large cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, reindeer) are the most affected.
