The reagent kit is designed to identify RNA agents for viral diarrhoea in biological material (integral blood, serum and plasma, feces, nose and almond swabs, parhenchimatosis organs, bull sperm) by reverse transcription and real-time polymerazial chain reaction with fluorescent separation (PCR PB).

Large-legged cattle virus (Bovine virus diarrhoea) is an anorexia, diarrhoea, progressive desiccation, often fever, respiratory disorders, limps, eye damage, ulceration of an inflammation tract, ulcer-erosive stomatitis and rinitis, along with large cattle naturally exposed to viral diarrhoea by buffalo, deer, cosles, goats, sheep.
The main source of the infection is diseased animals, which emit the virus to the outside environment with saliva, tears, nausea, urine, feces, sperm and milk, and the high risk of virus animals with chronic and latent currents of disease.
