Description
The reagent kit is designed to detect RNA vesicular stomatitis virus and to distinguish between Indiana and New Jersey serotypes in clinical and pathological material (vesicular fluid, vesicular walls and epithelia, skin peeling, flush and swabs from nosal and rotor throat, esophagus-sink liquid) and in microorganisms cultures that are washed off surfaces by reverse transcryptation and real-time amplification of KDNA with fluorescent section.
