The reagent kit is designed to identify DNA M. bovis and M. Tuberculosis in biological material (blood, mucous swabs, tissue and organ fragments, feces, urine, milk) as well as in food (farsh, sausage, spic, etc.) using a polymerial chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent section in real time.

Also available for the diagnosis of tuberculosis is a set of PCR-F-TUB-DF-FACTOR reagents with an electrophoric specification of amplification products in agarose gel (cat. No. FD16418-VET).

Tuberculosis is an infection of mammals, birds, and humans, which is mainly chronic and has been formed in the various organs of typical tuberculosis bogorcles exposed to casaeosis.
M. Tuberculosis is susceptible to man, monkeys and some other animals (including the CRS), M. bovis is susceptible to human and animal life (the horn of cattle and pigs, sensitive goats and carnivores, less sensitive horses and sheep, very susceptible to reindeer, marals, badgers).
