Reagent kit for RNA rotavirus group A (Rotavirus A) in biological material (fecals; whole blood, plasma, blood serum; tissue and organ fragments)
55 reactions / 110 reactions, including controls (COE, COE, DOC).
The use requires a set of reagents to extract NC (e.g. DNA/RNA-C-ACTOR).
The reagent kit consists of 2 components:
Set No. 1 from -20 to -18°C;
Set No. 2 from 2 to 8 °C
12 months
The reagent kit is designed to identify RNA rotavirus A (Rotavirus A) in biological material (fecals; whole blood, plasma, blood serum; tissue and organ fragments) by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent real-time fluorescent section (OT-PCR PB).
Rotavirus infection is a acute disease of young animals of various species (teletra, pigs, lambs, hogs, birds, etc.) characterized by diarrhoea, the development of Qatari or Catholic-hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and high (up to 50%) mortality.
The rotavirus is separated from the body in large quantities, mainly with feces, by contamination of animal premises; healthy animals are infected with disease and disease that produce the virus and also in the womb; adult animals rarely have a disease and are unimptomised; under experimental conditions it is proven that one species may be infected with rotavirus of other species, but the significance of inter-species infection is not known in nature.
