Description

The reagent set is designed to detect the DNA micoplasmosis agents (Mycoplasma spp.) in biological material (nasal, conjunctival swabs; joints sinus liquid; yolk, allantois embryo fluid; parenchimatose organs; trachea, airbags of fallen bird; whole blood; sperm; metrage, cell culture and serum) using a polymeric chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent sensor in real time.

Micoplasmosis is an animal infectious disease characterized by upper respiratory lesions, sero-catharial inflammation of lungs, sulphurous coatings, keratoconjunctivitis, arthritis in young people, abortion in pregnant animals, endometritus, mastititis and the birth of a dead, unviable fertilizer.
