The reagent kit is designed to detect DNA pathogenic bacteria of the Leptospira family (such as Leptospira interrogans, Leptospira borgpetersenii, Leptospira santarosai, Leptospira noguchiii et al.) in clinical (blood, urine) and pathological material (brains, lungs, kidneys from animals), as well as in food (farsch, sausage, etc.), micro-organisms cultures that were washed off surfaces by DNA amplification with fluorescent data in "real time" mode.
