The reagent set is designed to identify and distinguish DNA pathogenic (such as Leptospira interrogans, Leptospira borgpetersenii, Leptospira santarosai, Leptospira noguchi et al.) and conditional pathogenic bacteria of the Leptospira family in biological (blood, urine) and pathological material (brains, lungs, kidneys from animals) as well as in food (farsh, sausage, etc.), micro-organisms cultures that are washed off the surface by DNA amplification with fluorescent section in "real time" mode.
