The reagent kit is designed to identify DNA chlamydia (including Chlamydia abortus, Chlamydia suis, Chlamydia pecorum, Chlamydophila pmittaci, Chlamydophila felis) in biological material (smoking from mucous, ulna tract, tissue and organ fragments, sperm, urine, whole blood, blood serum) using polymeral chain reaction (PCR) with fluorescent detox in real time.

The PCR-F-CHLAMYDIA-FAKTOR reagent kit is also available for chlamydia diagnosis, with electrophoretic detection of amplification products in agarose gel (cat. no. FD13517-VET).

Chlamydia is an infectious disease of all species of animals, birds and humans, accompanied by upper respiratory tract damage, a gastrointestinal tract, manifested in pneumonia, keratoconjunctivitis, encephalitis, genital mutilation, abortion, post-mortem detention, endometrites, maschites and the birth of an unviable young child. Chlamydia in agricultural animals is registered in all countries of the world, including Russia, and causes significant economic damage to households.
