Description

A set of reagents to detect the RNA of the Bluetongue virus virus (BTV) in biological material from gum (int blood, tissue and organ fragments, lymph nodes, sperm, blood-sucking insects) by combining a reverse transcription response and a polymerial chain reaction with a real-time fluorescent section (PCR PB).

Also available for detection of the bluutanga virus is the PCR-F-BLUTANG-FACTOR reagent set with electrophoric detection of amplicating products in agarose gel (cat. No. FR16018-VET).

Blutang (cataral fever of sheep, "blue language") is a viral vector-borne disease of guinea animals characterized by inflammable necrotic lesions of the musculature, especially of the tongue, the gastrointestinal tract, epithelia and the base of the skin of the hooves, as well as dystrophy, changes in the skeletal muscle. The spread of the virus occurs through blood-sucking insects; direct transmission is not found at present; sheep are the most susceptible species, but large horny cattle and goats also suffer from blutangue. The CDS (especially adults) often carry the disease lightly without bright clinical symptoms. In wildlife, blutans are recorded in white-headed deer, snow-suckling lambs, antilops, bigger-horn barges, moose, muflons, muflons, elephants, elephants, elephants, blacks, and white-skins are also known to be vodosed by diarkents and some pubs, which are also made out of virsopous tubulars and porks.
