The reagent kit is designed to detect the DNA of the Auresca Disease Virus (Psychobules) (Suid herpesvirus 1) in biological material (powder, mouth, whole blood, saliva, milk, placenta and fruit sheaths from aborted animals) and pathological material from fallen animals (head brain, lung, liver, spleen, kidneys) as well as in micro-organisms cultures that have washed off surfaces with a "real time" fluorescent DNA amplification.
