Reagent kit to detect RNA vector gastroenteritis of pigs (Gastroenteritis viralis sum) in biological material (fecals, contents and fine intestines)
55 reactions / 110 reactions, including controls (COE, COE, DOC).
The use requires a set of reagents to extract NC (e.g. DNA/RNA-C-ACTOR).
The reagent kit consists of 2 components:
Set No. 1 from -20 to -18°C;
Set No. 2 from 2 to 8 °C
12 months
The reagent kit is designed to detect RNA transmission gastroenteritis of pigs (Gastroenteritis viralis sum) in biological material (fecals, contents and parts of the fine intestine) by reverse transcription and real-time amplification of KDNA with fluorescent section.
Transmissive gastroenteritis is a viral disease characterized by the catharic-hemorrhagic inflammation of the mucous stomach and thin intestine, which manifests itself in diarrhoea, vomiting, dehydration.
The source of the infection is porcine disease, which is susceptible to the virus by all ages; the younger an animal is, the more sensitive it is to the virus. Animals can emit a virus with fecalities and vomit masses within 2 to 3 months after the disease. Transmission factors are infected food, water and other objects in the environment; vectors of the virus may also be rodents, dogs, cats and birds.
The transmission gastroenteritis of pigs needs to be differentiated from colibacteriosis, salmonellesis, plague, rotavirus infections and diarrhoeal diarrhoea.
