Porcine parvovirus (Porcine paravovirus) in biological material (blood serum, feces, vaginal mucous swabs, internal organs suspension, sperm)
55 reactions / 110 reactions, including controls (COE, COE, DOC).
The use requires a set of reagents to extract NC (e.g. DNA/RNA-C-ACTOR).
The reagent kit consists of 2 components:
Set No. 1 from -20 to -18°C;
Set No. 2 from 2 to 8 °C
12 months
The reagent kit is designed to detect DNA parvovirus of pigs in biological material (blood serum, feces, vaginal mucous swags, internal organs suspensions, sperm) by the DNA amplification method with fluorescent section in "real time" mode.
Porcine vervavirus infection is a contagious viral disease that manifests itself clinically only in soup-girl pigs, characterized by colds, small manures, mummified fruit, dead and weak plants, less often by abortion.
The source of the infection is the disease and diseased animals, which can be brought into a safe household with both infected objects and feed, where the virus remains infected for up to 140 days, and with repair-virus animals.
The impairment of the reproductive capacity of sows leads to the suspicion of a vervirus infection, but the final diagnosis is based on the results of laboratory studies; it is also important to differentiate the pervoviral infection from leptospirosis, RPTS, chlamydia, mycoplasmosis.
