The kit is designed to detect the DNA of the Ku Coxiella urnetii fever in biological material (blood, urine, milk, organ and tissue fragments (silence, lungs, liver, placenta), induced fruit (suppension of organs, spleen, liver, lung) as well as in micro-organisms cultures that are washed off surfaces by DNA amplification with fluorescent section in "real time" mode.
