Description

The reagent kit is designed to detect DNA Pestis africana sum virus in biological material (int blood, plasma and blood serum, mucous nos throat and almonds, amortem fragments, spleen, lungs, liver, lymph nodes, etc.), feed, food and products of pork origin (meat, spic, pf, pasta, sausage, skin, etc.) using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent detach in real time.

Also available for the detection of the AFP virus is the PCR-F-AFP-FASTOR reagent package with electrophoric specification of amplification products in agarose gel (cat. No. FD11216-VET).
