The reagent kit is designed to detect the Newcastle virus (Newcastle disease virus) in biological material from animals (sulphur and conjunctives, prunes, blood serum, manure, chicken eggs) by reverse transcription and a polymerase chain reaction with real-time fluorescent detachment (PCR PB).

The Newcastle bird disease (Pseudohuma) is an acute and rapidly spreading virus disease, characterized by respiratory loss, a gastrointestinal tract and a central nervous system that causes the mass fall of the bird. RNA, which contains the Pseutopestis avium virus, is an economic damage caused by Newcastle disease, with 100 per cent mortality among young people and poor growth among the sick.
