The kit is designed to identify DNA Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synovae, Mycoplasma meleagridis in biological material (puffs/metals and glucose discharge from mucous shells (tracheal, cloaky, nasal, conjunctival), sinus fluid, allantoic fluid of embryos, eggs (including incubation), organ and tissue fragments (light, trachea, air bags)) and in micro-organisms cultures that are washed off the surface by DNA amplification with a fluorescent unit in "real time" mode.
