Description
The reagent kit is designed to detect DNA virus of infectious laryngotracheitis in biological material (snail, trachea, bronchus, chicken embryos), pathological material (gortan, trachea, eye mucous tumours) with a fluorescent "real time" unit.
Infective laringotracheitis of birds is a contagious virus disease characterized by hemorrhagic inflammation of throats and trachea. The most susceptible to infectious laryngotraheit of chicken (5 months-1 years old) and pheasants. Turkeys, ducks, pigeons are rare. The source of the infection is sick and sick birds that have long remained virus carriers. Transmission factors are feed and water, equipment, and the virus can carry service personnel. The routes of penetration are mainly nose travel, conjunction and trachea.
