Reagent kit to detect RNA infectious burceal disease (infectious bursal disase virus), Gamboro disease agent in biological material from animals (fragments and scrapes from factory bag and muscle tissue, spleen, lymphatic tissue, blood serum, poaching)
55 reactions / 110 reactions, including controls (COE, COE, DOC).
The use requires a set of reagents to extract NC (e.g. DNA/RNA-C-ACTOR).
The reagent kit consists of 2 components:
Set No. 1 from -20 to -18°C;
Set No. 2 from 2 to 8 °C
12 months
The reagent kit is designed to detect RNA infectious burceal disease (infectious bursal disase virus), an agent of Gamboro disease in biological material from animals (fragments of the factory bag and muscle tissue, spleen, lymphatic tissue, scrapping from the fermentation bag and muscle tissue of the blood serum, poaching) by reverse transcribing and a polymeric chain reaction with a real-time fluorescent section (OT-PCR PV).
Gamboro disease (infectional hemorrhagia, infectious boursal disease) is a severe virus disease of chickens, characterized by anorexia, diarrhoea, fabric gurus damage, extensive intramuscular hemorrhagic infections, kidney damage. The source of the disease is diseased chickens. The disease is acute and sub-structural. It may also be unimplicit. The disease is transmitted when the disease and healthy chickens are shared, through contaminated food, water, litter, plaque, manure.
