The reagent kit is designed to identify and identify a sub-type of H1 influenza A virus (Influenza virus A) in biological material (fecals/meths, mucous throat and trachea swabs, bird cloaks, internal organs fragments (trachea, lungs, spleen, brain, air bags, intestines), chicken embryos, incubation eggs, whole blood, blood serum) as well as in animal feed and products, microorgan cultures, surface flushing by reverse transcriptation and real-time amplification of DNA with fluorescent children.
