55 reactions / 110 reactions, including controls (COE, COE, DOC).
The use requires a set of reagents to extract NC (e.g. DNA/RNA-C-ACTOR).
The reagent kit consists of 2 components:
Set No. 1 from -20 to -18°C;
Set No. 2 from 2 to 8 °C
12 months
The reagent set is designed to detect DNA leukemia virus (Feline leukemia virus, FLV) in biological material (int blood) using a polymeric chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent decouple in real time.
Also available for detection of leukemia virus is the PCR-F-LACEMIA-COSCHEC-FACTOR reagent set with electro-forecast detection of amplication products in agarose gel (cat. No. FD14917-VET).
Cat leukemia is a chronic virus infection that can lead to tumor growth (limf development), which is not rarely accompanied by anaemia and immunosuppression. Only cats are susceptible to the virus, safe for humans, dogs and other animals. The leukemia virus of cats is transmitted from cat to cat to cat through saliva and blood. Cats may become ill during intrauterine development or through the milk of an infected mother.
The disease often spreads from "healthy" cats that have no clinical signs of disease, but it is worth noting that even if the cat looks healthy, it can be an antigen carrier and can transmit the virus.
