Description
The kit is designed to detect RNA steroidal plague virus in biological material (smears with mucous concussive and nasal cavity, whole blood, fecalia or rectal swab), as well as in run-off from surfaces, in microorganisms cultures by reverse transcription and real-time amplification of the DNA fluorescent section.
