Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to avian encephalomyelitis virus (AEV) in chicken serum or plasma.
Note: The same user-friendly protocol (buffers, incubation time and temperature) is used for most of the ID Screen poultry farming kits.- Complements the IDvet range of ELISAs for vaccination monitoring of breeders and layers.
- Offers similar performance (sensitivity and specificity) to the most widely used commercial AE kits.
- Available in different formats: 5 and 10 plates.
- Comprehensive data analysis with the IDSoft™ program.
- Positive reference serum available with expected titers in order to monitor results over time.
