Complica from the guinea pig to respond to the binding of the complementarity (RSC)
The complementarity system is a system of serum proteins that reacts with an antigen-antitelo complex. If the reaction occurs on the surface of the cell, it contributes to the formation of transmembrane pores and the further destruction of the cell.
This process occurs in response to the binding of a complementarities (RSC) when antibodies are detected to the agents of animal disease.
The response to the binding of the complementarity requires additional components that are not included in the kit (veronal buffer of magnesium calcium, hemolysis, ovine erythrocytes and specific antigen for RSC)
- A polyphalized supplement from a guinea pig can be used in any binding reaction (RSC)
- The recovered co-comparison remains stable for two weeks at temperature 4. 0C No decrease in activity
