ID Screen® Mycoplasma synoviae Indirect
Intended use
Description
Recombinant protein indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to M. synoviae in chicken and turkey serum and egg yolk to monitor flock immune status.
The positive results can be confirmed by other methods such as: rapid slide agglutination (RSA).
Note: most ID Screen chicken kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Recombinant protein use improves sensitivity, reduces the risk of false positive reactions, ensures early detection of seroconversion and improves analytical sensitivity
- Monitoring of vaccines (MS-H and MS-1)
- No cross-reactions with other mycoplasmas
- Short Incubation Period: 75 minutes (30-30-15)
- Suitable for testing chickens and turkeys
- Can be used to test egg yolk (easier sample preparation and reduced stress in laying hens)
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Freeze-dried positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
