Intended use
Description
Recombinant protein indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to Mycoplasmameleagridisin turkey serum to monitor flock immune status.
The positive results can be confirmed by other methods such as: rapid slide agglutination (RSA).
Note: most ID Screen chicken kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Recombinant proteins improves sensitivity, reduces the risk of false positive reactions, ensures early detection of seroconversion and improves analytical sensitivity
- No cross-reactions with other mycoplasmas
- Short Incubation Period: 75 minutes (30-30-15)
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
