ID Screen® MG/MS Indirect
Intended use
Description
Recombinant protein indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to M. gallisepticum and M. synoviae in chicken and turkey serum to monitor flock immune status.
Positive results can be confirmed using the individual ID Screen indirect ELISA kits for Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) or Mycoplasma synoviae (MS), or other methods such as rapid slide agglutination (RSA).
Note: most ID Screen chicken kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Use Recombinant protein improves sensitivity, reduces the risk of false positive reactions, ensures early detection of seroconversion and improves analytical sensitivity
- No cross-reactions with other mycoplasmas
- Short Incubation Period: 75 minutes (30-30-15)
- Suitable for testing chickens and turkeys
- Can be used to test egg yolk (easier sample preparation and reduced stress in laying hens)
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
