ID Screen® Avian Metapneumovirus Indirect
Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to avian metapneumovirus (anti-aMPV) in chicken and turkey serum.
The kit is used to monitor flock immune status and circulation of virus serotypes A and B, and to quantify antibody levels against metapneumovirus before and after vaccination.
Note: most chicken ELISA kits use similar protocols, including buffers, incubation times and temperatures.
