ID Screen® West Nile IgM Capture
Intended use
Description
The "lgM antibodies trap" method (capture method) in ELISA to detect IgM antibodies to the protein of Evirus Lyhoradki Western Nile (anti-pree) in horse blood serum and plasma. IgM antibodies indicate recent infection and circulation of West Nile fever virus.
Monoclonal antibodies used in the kit have a cross-response with other Japanese encephalitis viruses. Please contact IDvet for further information.

- Speed of research and ease of use:: All reagents are supplied ready for use, the samples are produced directly in a tablet (not requiring pre-production), all reagents can be transported at room temperature and stored at 40C
- Practical advantage: possibility of checking correct application of all samples by changing the colour of the buffer when adding serum
