The reagent kit is designed to detect RNA Visna-Maedi virus (Visna-Maedi virus) in biological material (int blood, blood serum, tissue and organ fragments, milk, sperm) and in microorganisms cultures that are washed off the surface by a combination of feedback from reverse transcribation and amplification of the DNA with fluorescent detachment in real time.
