The reagent kit is designed to detect DNA proviral arthritis encephalitis goats (Caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus, CAEV) in biological material (int blood, sinyl fluid, milk, sperm) and pathological material (phenical oculars, brain, spinal cord of the cervical or thoracic spines affected by lung and parenchims, animal arthritis - sinile fluid), as well as in microorganisms cultures that are washed off surfaces by the DNA amplification method with a fluorescent section in "real time" mode.
