Intended use
Description
ELISA is a competitive antibodies detection device for glycoroteine E (gE) of the large-gear intestate 1 virus, blood plasma and milk (individual samples, collected milk or clogged milk) obtained from the cattle.
Detection of naturally infected animals in the vaccine population, provided that vaccines are used to type-1 herpesvirus of PRC infectious phinotracheitis with excluded E (gE) vaccines.
- Can be used as a study to differentiate between infected and vaccinated animals.DIVA test)
- Standardized for the study of the standard French SRF2 serum
- Practical Benefits: can verify correct application of all samples, as buffers change colour when adding serum
