Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies specific to infectious laryngotracheitis virus gI protein.
The kit is designed to monitor HVT-ILT recombinant vector vaccines based on gI protein, such as Innovax-ILT.
- The only commercially available ELISA for monitoring rHVT-gI recombinant vaccines
- Use for monitoring vaccination programmes using attenuated chicken embryo-origin (CEO) and tissue culture-origin (TCO) vaccines
- Use of the DIVA plan (differentiating infected from vaccinated animals), when used together with ID Screen ILT Indirect ELISA.
- High specificity and analytical sensitivity
- Integrated data analysis with the assistance of the programme IDSoft™
