ID Screen® ILT Indirect
Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) virus in serum from vaccinated and/or infected chickens.
The kit is suitable for disease diagnosis and monitoring vaccination programmes using attenuated chicken embryo-origin (CEO) and tissue culture-origin (TCO) vaccines.
- High specificity and analytical sensitivity
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera Available for internal control
- Could be used as part of the plan DIVA (differentiating infected from vaccinated animals) for rHVT-gI vaccines, when used together with the ILT gI indirect ELISA.
