Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to infectious bronchitis virus in chicken serum.
High specificity with very low potential for false positive results. This set is designed to detect all versions of the IBV virus, including the QX and 793B strains. The kit may be used to diagnose the disease or to quantify antibodies to the virus of infectious bronchitis in vaccinated birds.
Note: most ID Screen avian kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Detection of all infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) variants
- High specificity and low level of opportunity to produce false positive results
- Can be used to test egg yolk (optimization of training and prevention of stress reactions in bear chickens)
- Short Incubation Period: 75 minutes (30-30-15)
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
