ID Screen® IBD VP2
Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to infectious bursal disease virus VP2 protein in chicken serum. The kit can quantify IBDV antibody levels before and after vaccination.
The assay is designed for testing animals immunised with recombinant VP2 vector vaccines.
- High specificity and very low risk of false-positive results
- Short incubation periodresults within 75 minutes (30-30-15)

- Positive and negative sera for internal control
- Practical advantage: verification of correct sample addition through a change in buffer colour when serum is added
