Intended use
Description
Competitive ELISA for detecting antibodies to influenza virus nucleoprotein.
Detection of antibodies to all influenza A virus subtypes and antigenic variants through the use of monoclonal antibodies against a highly conserved epitope of influenza A virus nucleoprotein.
- High specificity and sensitivity
- Multi-species testing: birds, horses, pigs and other animals
- Usability: results in less than 2 hours
- Integrated analysis data using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
- Avian testing: suitable for egg yolk testing (easier sampling and reduced stress in laying hens)
