Description
The reagent kit is designed to identify DNA markers for genetically modified plants (ctp2-ctp4epsps, pat) in feed, food and food products, plant raw materials and crop material using real-time DNA amplification with fluorescent separation.
The reagent set allows specific amplification of the parts of the ctp2-ctp4epsps design (confusion of chloroplastic-transit peptide (CTP2) from Arabidopsis thaliana and the epps gene from the A. tumfaciens CP4 (epsps)); the gene pat (phosphinotricine N-acetyl transphez from Sreptomyces viridochromogenes) and the DNA component of internal control in multiplex format
