Description
The reagent kit is designed to identify DNA markers for genetically modified plants (pSsuara pro-engine, tE9, gene bar) and DNA for peas in feed, food and food products, plant raw materials and crop material by DNA amplification with a fluorescent unit in real time.
The reagent set allows specific amplification of the DNA psuara (Pisum sativum) and PSsuara pro-motor (gene of the small sub-unit ribulosophosphat carboxylas from Arabidopsis thaliana); the tE9 terminator (small sub-unit of the riblozobosphost carboxylase Pisum sativum); the bar gene (phosphinotricine N-acetyl transphez from Sreptomyces hygroscopeus) in multi-lex format
